St. Anthony’s Italian Festival

Tens of thousands come to Wilmington for the St. Anthony’s Italian Festival in the second week of June. Every year has a theme specific to a region of Italy, but the core of the festival remains the same. There’s the food, the music that goes late into the night (you might see the governor joining in for a song on stage), and the Procession of Saints after mass on the closing Sunday of the festival.
