Brandywine Valley Restaurant Week is an annual prix fixe dining promotion held across Wilmington & the Brandywine Valley, the destination that spans New Castle County, Delaware, and the adjoining Brandywine Valley of Pennsylvania. The 11th Annual Brandywine Valley Restaurant Week runs Monday, September 14 through Sunday, September 20, 2026.

Out & About Magazine organizes the event, and the Greater Wilmington Convention & Visitors Bureau is one of its sponsors. Restaurant Week is part of the wider Eat & Drink scene in Greater Wilmington, and it is one of the easiest weeks of the year for food-focused travelers to sample several kitchens at once.

Where to Dine Across Greater Wilmington and the Brandywine Valley

The lineup spans several neighborhoods, so pick a base and build around it. Market Street covers the downtown core, with Bardea Steak, La Fia, The Quoin Restaurant and Wilma’s within a few blocks of one another in Downtown Wilmington. Banks Seafood Kitchen and Del Pez Gastropub sit on Riverfront Wilmington. Tonic Seafood & Steak and Walter’s Steakhouse anchor the classic end of the list.

The 11th Annual Brandywine Valley Restaurant Week runs Monday, September 14 through Sunday, September 20, 2026. Participating restaurants across Greater Wilmington and the Brandywine Valley serve special prix fixe menus throughout the week, at lunch, dinner, or both.

How much do the prix fixe menus cost?

Two-course lunches are $20. Dinners are $35 or $55, depending on the restaurant and how many courses it serves. Those prices cover food only. Tax, gratuity, and drinks are billed on top, so budget a little extra.

Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are strongly recommended. Restaurant Week is one of the busiest dining weeks of the year in Greater Wilmington. The smaller owner-operated dining rooms book out first, so call your chosen restaurant directly to reserve a table.
