Submit Your Event to the Wilmington & Brandywine Valley Calendar

Do you have a festival, fair or show coming up? Make sure visitors know about it by submitting it to our event calendar.

Please note the following:

• If you have submitted your event to the Delaware Scene calendar, you DO NOT need to add it here. It will automatically be added.
   
• All event submissions go through an approval process, which may take up to 3 business days. We reserve the right to reject a submission without reason.
   
• We highly recommend submitting your event a least 4 weeks prior to its start date. (If you submit your event less than 3 business ahead of time, it may not be published at all!)
   
• If you are a member of the Greater Wilmington Convention & Visitors Bureau, please add your event through the member portal. All non-member events must be inside New Castle County, Delaware or within 20 miles of Wilmington, Delaware.
