The team at the Greater Wilmington Convention and Visitors Bureau, marketers of New Castle County and Delaware’s Brandywine Valley, had over 200 incredible photo submissions to its spring photo contest!

One stunning photo caught the eyes of the Bureau’s team and was chosen as the #VisitWilm Spring 2023 Photo Contest Winner. This spring-tastic photo was taken by Jenny Ragolia and features the Wilmington Flower Market. The Flower Market is an annual tradition, a corporation, and an all-volunteer fundraising organization dedicated to improving the lives of Delaware’s children. The Market is a fun-filled, three-day carnival and plant sale held at Rockford Park in the beginning of May with live music from featured performers.
