This summer, the Delaware Division of the Arts’ Mezzanine Gallery invites you to step into a world where vibrant traditions and natural beauty intertwine. Divine Nature, a solo exhibition by Delaware artist Shilpi, is on view now through August 29, 2025, offering visitors a stunning blend of Indian folk art and contemporary expression.

Known for her rich use of color, intricate detailing, and deeply personal themes, Shilpi draws inspiration from the sacred connection between humanity, divinity, and the natural world. Her expressive work spans acrylic, oil, dry media, and graphite, often centering on blooming florals, graceful birds, and serene landscapes. Yet it’s her unique fusion of four classical Indian art traditions—Pichwai, Kalamkari, Madhubani, and Gond—that truly sets this collection apart.
