Step into Simmer Down, a stunningly styled craft cocktail lounge nestled in what was once known as "The Money Room." (The Quoin was at one time a bank.) Inside this nondescript building just blocks off of Market Street, you’ll find some of the best jazz music around. The NoMad cranks out smooth jazz sets featuring an impressive roster of talented artists, hand-crafted drinks, and an impressive beer selection. Operating on Thursdays and Fridays from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m., and Saturdays from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m., the Nomad is a must-experience if you are a jazz fan. 

APEXX Longe
