Well, it's Thursday - what are you doing this weekend? Let us know. This weekend it's tough to decide, there are so many things to do! Come on out on Saturday or Sunday and join me at the Brandywine Festival of the Arts! It is first on my list. If you've never been, you're missing out. The uniqueness of the items for sale is my favorite aspect. Most are handcrafted pieces you won't find anywhere else. I know it's only September but it's never too early to think about Christmas (I need to get that perfect gift for my mother!). The 50 year old festival is in good hands this year with Barry Schlecker as producer.

From there, we will be going to the University of Delaware football game against South Dakota State. Go Blue Hens! (Not sure about my Ole Miss Rebels... last week was a very bad loss). But oh my, there are so many places to go and people to see...nine historic sites along the "Trail of Two Cities" for one low price (12), Hispanic Festival, Mushroom Festival and the list continues.

And I must get Farley (my dog) out for a great walk this week. I think we will head over to the Alapocas Run State Park.

If you figure out how to do it all in one weekend, please comment and let us know how!

Until next time,
Sarah
