Get a bird's eye view

See West Chester from a new angle. At the RotorFest you can take to the skies in a helicopter ride. For only fourty dollars a person, a chopper will take you on an aerial tour of the area. Not only will you get to see the sights from a unique perspective, you will also be able to see a skilled helicopter pilot at work.

You'd be surprised how different one helicopter is from the next--from design, to maneuverability, and more. But strolling around the grounds, you'll be able to get an up close look at all the variances and intricacies in helicopters and gain some insight into the many different purposes for helicopters.

Watch the show

Helicopters, of course, were not designed to sit idly on the ground! Fortunately, both days of the festival will feature three 45-minute air shows featuring nearly all of the helicopters on display.

This year's RotorFest will be held on October 11 through October 12, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. at 1220 American Boulevard in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Admission to RotaryFest is $15 for adults, $10 for children under 12 years old, and free for children under 2 years old and includes entry to the museum. Tickets are available on the American Helicopter Museum website.
