The city of Wilmington, Delaware has announced the schedule of performances for the 2017 Riverfront Blues Festival. The festival will be held on Friday, August 4 through Sunday, August 6 at Tubman-Garrett Riverfront Park. Performances start at 5 p.m. on Friday, Noon on Saturday, and 12:30 p.m. on Sunday.
