Meeting rooms are available at no charge to individuals, associations, community groups, higher education institutions and non-profit groups engaged in educational, civic, cultural, and charitable activities. Meeting rooms are also available to local and area businesses to use for a nominal fee that will help support the Library. All meetings held at the Library must be free of charge. Meeting rooms may not be used for commercial purposes or religious activities. Public use of meeting rooms may not interfere with the Library’s operation. Library policies regarding patron behavior apply to meeting room use. Please contact Lisa Frank for more information.

  • Description The Library has six meeting rooms of various sizes with versatile seating arrangements to meet your organization’s or company’s needs for board meetings, small committee meetings, training seminars, presentations, retreats conferences or neighborhood association meetings. Each meeting room is equipped with tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, Ethernet jacks & podium.

  • Space Notes The Wilmington library's largest meeting rooms are the P.S. duPont and Jacob Broom Rooms are equipped with built-in projectors, screens and audio-visual equipment. The Library also has one large meeting space (The Commons) that can accommodate 100 people-lecture style, 200 standing room only and 50 classroom style.
