Meeting Facilities

The picturesque, 110-acre farm is situated along the waterfront of Thousand Acre Marsh and boasts views of the Reedy Point Bridge and the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal. The panoramic views establish the perfect backdrop, particularly for photos of your wedding or event. The 8,000 square foot barn seats up to 180 people inside and unlimited outside. In addition to custom doors are hardwood floors throughout the entire barn. Every window features water views and the high, arching ceilings evoke an open feel for both small and large parties. The rustic atmosphere includes an outdoor fireplace on the patio, a large fireplace on the main floor, a loft and lounge area overlooking the first floor, and a new 16×38 deck overlooking the waterfront. We are the only barn in the area that has heat, air conditioning and custom bathrooms to make your wedding or event comfortable. We are located only twenty minutes south from I 95 in tax free Delaware, centrally located and within an hour drive to Philadelphia, Baltimore, New Jersey, and Maryland. We are a proud member of the Delaware Agritourism Association. Guests can also enjoy a hay ride around at the farm in our quaint wagon. Avid hunters can take advantage of the surrounding marshes by scheduling a waterfowl hunt and make use of our large walk in duck blinds and field pits with heat for older guests. We offer a special bachelor party waterfowl hunt package that includes a wild game dinner in the barn. Please visit our website for more information.
