The vision of Chef Bryan Sikora who is known for his seasonally inspired, locally sourced, farmstead method of cooking. Chef Bryan has always abided by the principles of handmade, rustic cooking using ingredients that he finds truly inspirational. We serve lunch, Monday through Friday from 11-3pm. On Saturdays we serve brunch from 10:30-3pm. The bistro is closed from 3pm to 5pm, but we are happy to serve you in our Bakery! We serve dinner Monday-Thursday from 5pm- 10pm, and Friday and Saturday from 5pm-11pm. Our menu changes often with additions every day.
