Members and non-members of the Greater Wilmington Convention and Visitors Bureau are welcome to submit events to our calendar. Non-member events must meet the guidelines below.
Please note: All event submissions go through an approval process which may take up to 48 hours. If you are a Member of the Greater Wilmington Convention and Visitors Bureau please add your event through the MEMBER PORTAL. All non-Member events must be inside New Castle County, Delaware or within 20 miles of Wilmington, Delaware.
All events must be submitted a minimum of 30 days prior to the event date to ensure its inclusion on the calendar.
