Add Your Event to the Wilmington & Brandywine Valley Events Calendar

Members and non-members of the Greater Wilmington Convention and Visitors Bureau are welcome to submit events to our calendar. Please be aware of the notes and guidelines below:

  • If you have submitted your event to the Delaware Scene calendar,
    you DO NOT need to add it here. It will automatically be added.
     
  • All event submissions go through an approval process which may take up to 48 hours.
     
  • If you are a Member of the Greater Wilmington Convention and Visitors Bureau please
    add your event through the MEMBER PORTAL.
     
  • All non-Member events must be inside New Castle County, Delaware or within 20
    miles of Wilmington, Delaware.
     
  • Events submitted less than three (3) business days from start date are not
    guaranteed to be published.
     
  • The Greater Wilmington Convention & Visitors Bureau reserves the right to reject
    or remove event submission without reason.
