The practice of forest bathing encourages you to slow down, quiet your mind and connect with nature. Awaken your senses and deepen your relationship with the natural world through sensory explorations that combine curiosity, connection and community. Let's take a gentle stroll, taking time to be present, wander slowly and notice the unique gifts that nature is offering. Based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, Forest Bathing has many proven health benefits and can promote an overall feeling of well-being.

Shelli Smith, who will lead the experience, is a Certified Therapy Guide and Master Naturalist Trainee, and is a Delaware native. When Shelli is not wandering around the woods, she is a Dental Hygienist, Yoga Instructor and Longarm Quilter. Her hobbies include beekeeping and paddle boarding. Shelli loves opening the door for others to slow down and connect with Nature through Forest Bathing.
