Morgan Keller, American Civil Liberties Union-DE's Communications Manager, will summarize the challenges and triumphs voting rights have experienced since our democracy was founded and then lead a discussion about the current state of voting rights. She'll focus on the groups of people who are most often ineligible to vote, the impact those missing votes have on our government, and what we can do to help ensure every Delawarean, and every American, can fully participate in our democratic process.

Co-sponsored by the Wilmington Public Library and the Delaware ACLU.
