The New Castle Presbyterian Church & New Castle Visitors Bureau present the 19th Annual Spirit of Christmas. Plan to attend on Saturday, December 12th from 9:30am - 5:30pm. It is a full day of concerts, free house tours, crafts, refreshments and sharing the Christmas Spirit. All events are FREE.
