Make your child a happy camper by registering for a week-long, themed day camp at Hagley. Summer Camp at Hagley provides a fun, hands-on environment where campers can learn while making new friends.
This week’s themes are:
Life Along Ago (Ages 7-9): Campers immerse themselves into life in a nineteenth century black powder factory and workers’ village. Each day campers explore different activities common during the 1800s, such as gardening, cooking, making toys, dancing, and much more. Campers also participate in tasks specific to a powder factory like firing off charges of powder, making barrels, and constructing water wheels. The camp week culminates in a carnival when campers can share what they have learned with their families.
STEM Camp (Ages 10-12): Campers investigate scientific and engineering concepts and complete hands-on challenges. Each day, campers will focus on a different topic in science and include subjects in life science, physical science, coding, and engineering. At the end of the week, there will be a Science Expo, campers can show off their projects and favorite demonstrations for their families.
