Rockwood Kids and Family Flower Power Yoga

Yoga sessions for children and families with the popular instructor Maryann Quinn. These monthly, themed and super-fun yoga practices will encourage kids to be more present, centered, and active. Kids can practice with a guardian present or the entire family can practice together. Locations within Rockwood structures may vary. Please bring a mat, towel, water, and blocks if you use them.
