A prince who can't catch a break. A princess who perseveres. A royal daughter who changes hearts and minds wherever life takes her. And more sea storms than The Tempest!
Join us this November for Shakespeare's epic adventure of love, loss, and restoration as DSF presents Pericles, Prince of Tyre, on our first-ever Community Tour. The production will travel the state for three weeks, performing inside community centers, homeless shelters, detention facilities and other locations where people have limited access to the arts.
* Come to the newly re-opened Delaware History Museum for one of three ticketed performances on November 12, 13 and 20. Tickets are $25. Each performance is strictly limited to 125 seats. CLICK HERE for ticket information.
* Support the Delaware Shakespeare Community Tour at a special benefit performance of Pericles, Prince of Tyre on November 19, also at the Delaware History Museum. The benefit includes a pre-show wine reception and the presentation of the inaugural "Muse of Fire" Award for inspiring ventures at the nexus of arts and social services to Sylvia S. Banks, Robert Elder and Gregory Lloyd Morris. (More on that to come.) Tickets are $100. CLICK HERE for more information about the benefit performance.
