New Year's Eve at Le Cavalier

Le Cavalier's celebration will offer a three-course menu with abundant options to help ring in the New Year. Luxe small plate options include the classic favorites Hen of the Woods Mushroom with Pomegranate, Crispy Rice and Dill and Lobster Tails with Champagne Beurre Blanc.  Entrees range from Branzino with Blistered Herbs, Calabrian Chilie and Pistachio Dukkah to Lamb Tangine with Cranberry and Apricot Couscous.  For dessert, classics such as Poached Pear with Champagne, hazelnut and Chantily Cream and Profiteroles with Blood Orange Gelato and White Chocolate ganache.

Supplemental wine and beverage options will be available.

Seating times and menu prices:

Frist seating: 5pm - $85 per person.

Second seating: 7PM - $100 per person, including champagne toast

Third seating: 9:30PM - $100 person, including champagne toast at midnight
