Le Cavalier's celebration will offer a three-course menu with abundant options to help ring in the New Year. Luxe small plate options include Smoked Salmon with Creme Fraiche, Dill and Brioche, Oysters with Chive Nage and Caviar to Tuna Crudo with Trout Roe, Taramasalata and Crispy Sunchoke. Entrees range from Seared Scallops with Cauliflower, Celery Root and Warm Crab, Tuna Loin Nicoise and Pan-roasted Chicken with Stewed White Beans and Escarole. For dessert, an impossible choice of Floating Islands, Cherry Clafoutis or Dame Blanche Sundae.
