    The Libby Prison Minstrels are a professional music group that performs music of the American Civil War. This year, they are coming to Fort Delaware! Come enjoy music that would historically have been heard in and around Fort Delaware during its heyday. This program is supported, in part, by a grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts. The division promotes Delaware arts events on DelawareScene.com. Free with admission.
