For the winter season, Rockwood’s Flow Yoga with instructor Maryann Quinn will move inside the Carriage House. Come for an hour of fun and relaxation inside these gracious event spaces, plenty of room for social distancing, and learning the art of Flow Yoga. The program is offered every Tuesday at 9 am. Please bring a mat, towel, water & blacks if you use them. $15, $10 for NCC residents. Ages 16-Adults
