Delaware Juneteenth Association Freedom Gala

    The Freedom Gala is a fundraiser for the Juneteenth Family Enrichment Program that host the Delaware Miss Juneteenth Pageant.  Every year, starting in January, young ladies from ages 8 through 18 attend (6) months of workshops that include Juneteenth & African American History, Modeling & Public Speaking, Etiquette, Spirituality, Self Image and Essay Writing.  They also prepare to participate in the Juneteenth Pageant where young ladies ages 15 - 18 compete for the title of Miss Juneteenth and the winner goes on to compete for the National Title of Miss Juneteenth.

    This year's Freedom Gala cost will be $100 per person or $750 per table of 8.

    The event will be held on Sunday, June 11th, 2023    5:00pm - 9:00pm at the Chase Center on the Riverfront
