Thanksgiving is going to be a little different this year. While most of us are foregoing the large, extended family gatherings due to COVID-19, we still want to celebrate. So if you are planning a smaller gathering for Turkey Day, maybe you want to take a completely different spin on the holiday this year and forego the prep work and cooking (and clean up . . . and let’s face it, no one looks forward to the cleanup!) for 2020?
Some of the best restaurants and most amazing chefs in Greater Wilmington and the Brandywine Valley will do all the work for you. They are preparing Thanksgiving feasts with all your favorites: roast turkey, stuffing, macaroni and cheese, gourmet green bean casserole pumpkin pie. You have your choice of take out or socially distanced dining in. Man . . . we are getting hungry just writing this!
So, place your order or make your reservation and get ready to kick back with a glass of wine or microbrew and focus 100 percent on enjoying family and friends this Thanksgiving. Let’s face it, 2020 has been a super tough year for all of us. We need this opportunity to celebrate what’s most important to us.
