The first and largest non-profit AIDS service organization in the state is dedicated to providing services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS, HIV counseling and testing, and prevention educational programs. Our mission is to support those with HIV/AIDS in Delaware and to prevent the spread of HIV through comprehensive services, education and advocacy.
