Hop on over to Auburn Heights next Saturday, April 7th, for a fun-filled afternoon with the Easter Bunny! Load the car with the kids and their baskets and join the hunt for more than 1,500 eggs hidden around Auburn Heights and the Marshall Steam Museum. Kids will have fun while scouring the grounds for golden eggs which will earn them a special prize from the Easter Bunny! In addition to the Easter Egg Hunt enjoy rides aboard the Auburn Valley Railroad, eating fresh steam-popped popcorn from a vintage popper, and see the electric trains and antique autos on display from T. Clarence Marshall's Collection!

The earliest Irish immigrants of Greater Wilmington trace back to the 17th century with the founding of the New Castle Presbytery in 1706. And to this day, Wilmingtonians, Irish or not, take the celebration of their deep Irish heritage very seriously. Whether they are dressed head-to-toe in shamrock green outfits, marching in the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade, or tossing back a pint at a favorite watering hole, Wilmington knows how to get its Irish on.

If you plan to celebrate St. Patrick's Day in Wilmington here are a few local restaurants and pubs that will help you do it right. May the luck of the Irish be with you and be safe.
