Look What They're Saying About Us

"The Greater Wilmington and Brandywine area of Delaware have long been a favorite of my customers. The area has everything that you need: beautiful historic homes, gardens, theatres, a train ride, shopping and great food. The group sales people have always been so helpful and supportive of group tours."
Gwen Elmore, Fun Tours (VA)
"We love to package tours to Delaware because it is such a diversified state. My personal favorite area is the Brandywine Valley. The Brandywine Valley is rich in Revolutionary War history, rich in art history, rich in the personal stories of famous families like the du Pont's and Wyeths. The landscape is beautiful rolling hills, splendid field stone houses, peaceful enclaves full of precious antiques and world-class museums."
Marian Deal-Smith, CTP, Alternative Tours (NJ)
"We love bringing our groups to your area! All of the hotels and attractions are so easy to work with and do they love groups! If we ever have a problem coming up with something to do in the area, Sarah is only a quick phone call away and she always has a wonderful idea for us! Keep up the great work."
David Eaton, Conway Tours (RI)
The Wilmington Convention and Visitors Bureau has been the most outstanding resource for the planning and implementation of tours into the Wilmington area. They are knowledgeable about their product and so pleasant to work with. Because of the bureau, it is a comfort to know that when we send groups to Wilmington, that they will be in good hands.
Virgil Lengel, Lakefront Lines (OH)

As a receptive operator out of Philadelphia we often suggest many different sites and attractions in the Brandywine Valley. Like most operators, we like to work with the sites that will take care of our group and are easy to work with.

Some of the sites we like to recommend and feel comfortable with are Winterthur, Longwood, Brandywine River Museum, Brandywine Battlefields and Nemours.

There are many restaurants to choose from in the area that will fit most budgets from cafeterias to fine dining.

The only complaint I get from clients is "I wish I had more time to spend there"
Pat Walsh, Centipede Tours (PA)

"The Brandywine Valley is a far-too-often overlooked destination, with Wilmington sitting there in the center, the jewel in the crown. At once modern and antique, Wilmington is a city that never fails to please groups I bring her way, and her sales tax-free prices never fail to please me."
Clayton Whitehead, Sports Leisure Tours (CA)
